Fourteen-year-old entrepreneur Maria Raquel Thomas started her own cosmetics company while searching for a solution for dry, cracked lips. After doing some research, the high school STEM student created a lip scrub in her kitchen that not only solved the issue but was also a hit among her friends. With that, the Maria Raquel Thomas Cosmetics Company was born. She has since added more beauty pr
